These terms and conditions apply when you use this website or place an order. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Edit this page in the CMS to match your store's policies.

The contract

When you submit an order you are offering to buy the goods or services listed. We accept your order when we send a confirmation email or otherwise confirm it. We may decline an order (for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify payment).

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout, including any delivery cost we calculate for your address. Payment is collected through our payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and delivery details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout or on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, unless we agree otherwise.

Returns and cancellations

If you are a consumer you may have a legal right to cancel certain orders within a cooling-off period. Some items (for example opened cosmetics or personalised goods) may not be returnable. See our Returns page for how to start a return.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it in a way that harms our service, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed the order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders placed after it is published.
